The hotel is in a very nice area, close to stores and restaurants. My brand-new room had a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. I was pleased to find a walk-in shower in my room. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was fine

The first morning after our stay we showed up for breakfast and it was very limited. Breakfast is from 7:30 to 9:30 am. We showed up about 8:50am and the eggs were entirely gone. I understand it's getting close to the end of breakfast time...kinda,but the eggs shouldn't run out. I packed my family up and went to IHOP instead. The second day was much better.
I didn't like the fact that you can hear the elevators running all night long. There was a very loud vibration through the walls and made it sound like someone with bass in their truck was drinking by all night. Other than that,the room was very clean. Very nice facilities and the staff is super nice. Would stay there again.

This place is great, located in a beautiful building 🏨. They have convenient free parking available. the meals are delicious with a good variety to choose from. I really enjoyed the food I tried.

I loved staying in this wonderful brand-new hotel. The rooms were both relaxing, beautiful, complete with a separate bedroom and the garden tub. A microwave, coffee & tea making facilities, and a fridge were a nice touch. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location was convenient and favorable, adjacent to restaurants and shopping.

The room was broken! Broken remote, broken coffee pot, broken room door. When asked for solutions none were given except a new remote.

There was not any complimentary water in the room had to go downstairs to front desk to ask for the complimentary water.
